Q1. What is the difference between trial version and full version?

The difference is that the trial version of Apple Music Converter can convert only 3 minutes for each file while the full version has no such limit. You need to order the registration code to register the program to get full version.

Q2. How do I register Apple Music Converter with registration code provided?

Launch Apple Music Converter, then click on "Activate". you will get the registration window. Copy and paste the Activation Code into the registration popup dialog.

Q3. Where iTunes stores Apple Music downloads and what kind of files they are?

You can find your downloaded Apple Music songs on Windows 7/8/8.1/10 from \Users\username\Music\iTunes\

Q4. What kind of audio files can be converted by Apple Music Converter?

Apple Music Converter is compatible with any files that can be played on your iTunes, both audio and video files.

Apple Music Converter supports up to 9 output formats including MP3, AC3, AAC, AIFF, AU, FLAC, M4A, M4R, and MKA.

Q6. Is it possible to convert audio books (M4B, AA, AAX) files to MP3?

Yes, Apple Music Converter supports convert audiobooks (M4B, AA, AAX, and etc.) files to MP3.

Q7. Does the quality of the songs get compromised after conversion?

After the conversion, the quality will not be compromised, unless you lower the bit rate to 128 kbps or 192 kbps. Since the Apple Music bit rate is 256 kbps, you’d better select the output bitrate as 256kbps. 

Q8. Why some of the converted songs skip in certain parts?

Try to slow down the conversion speed. The maximum speed is 16X faster. You can change the conversion speed from "Options."   You can convert Apple Music songs at 1X-5X faster speed. 

Q9. Why do I see "PlayErr" when converting?

If you see this error, please: 

1. Update iTunes to the latest version.

2. Make sure you've downloaded all the iTunes songs or Apple Music songs on your computer (local folder)

3. Please try to authorize iTunes on your computer again. On your iTunes, click Account > Authorizations > Authorize This Computer... Then, log in with iTunes with Apple ID and password again and restart Apple Music Converter. Please enter the Apple ID and password that you use to subscribe Apple Music.

Q10. Why I can't convert multiple songs at once? It always stops converting at some point.

In this case, you can try to convert 10 or 20 songs at once. Sometimes, too many songs (for example, 100 songs) may be cumbersome. Also, please make sure that all of your Apple Music songs have been downloaded and saved on your computer (but not your iOS device). Otherwise, the program would fail to convert them.
